The “OECD” biofuel position paper: Is the title harder than the contents?
November 11th, 2007The biofuel issue in energy policy has recently become more and more controversial. In September, an outstanding attack comes from a report, “Biofuels – Is the cure worse than the disease?”. Its conclusions were taken up by Fereidoorn Sioshansi on this blog on October 11th.
